About Pascalia Group

With the concept of ambidextrous management, we operate Pascalia with four axes: existing business, new business, domestic and overseas. Furthermore, Pascalia is an independent and flat organization because there is no top-down relationship and authority is delegated to specific individuals. Adopts a superflex system

Plan your own work hours and carry out duties.

  • Acry to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (40 hours a week)
  • The overtime work at midnight (labor from 22:00 to 5:00) and work on holidays are prohibited in principle.
  • All decide the start and closing of the working day by yourself (no core time)
  • In addition to this, to support schools, etc.
  • There is a weekly holiday a week, and 40 hours of work is possible in the remaining 6 days.
  • There is this system, you can work for 10 hours on Monday and work for 6 hours from Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours in total).
