4. Fees for “requests for disclosure, etc.” and their collection methods

Only in the case of notification or disclosure request for the purpose of use, the following amount (including reply from the Company) will be charged for one claim. Please enclose the fixed amount of mail for the following amount when mailing the billing documents.

5. How to answer for “requests for disclosure, etc.”

As a general rule, I will reply to the person’s address in the invoice by writing (mailing mail).
